Use of Service You must be 18 or older to use Dambel. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Content You own the content you post. By posting, you grant Dambel a license to display it within the app.
Licensing and verification If you offer training services, you must upload a valid trainer licence and have it approved before your services can be published. If you list a gym, you must upload the gym's operating licence for review. Licence documents are private: only you and our review team can see them. We may reject a document that is unreadable, expired, or does not match your account, and we may suspend services or listings whose licence is withdrawn or found to be invalid. Replacing or removing a document returns it to pending review.
Payments All transactions through the wallet are final unless otherwise stated.
Termination We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
