Check in at your gym by scanning its code. Open your subscription in My Subscriptions and tap Scan to check in, then scan again when you leave. Gym owners can show the code on a screen at the door; it changes every minute.
Body measurements and progress photos on the Tracker tab. Log a measurement or take a photo, then follow your trends and compare photos side by side on the new Progress screen. You can share both with your trainer.
Log a meal from a photo. Dambel estimates the calories and the amounts, and you can change them before you save.
Streaks and milestone badges on the Tracker tab, for every day in a row you log.
Muscle load: a body figure under your averages shows which muscles you have trained lately, and a workout plan shows which ones it will train.
Start a workout plan from a template, then make it your own.
Workout plans can group exercises into supersets and use set techniques such as drop sets. When the exercise you want is not in the library, you can add your own and log sets for it.
You can delete your account from Settings. If you change your mind, you can cancel while the deletion is pending, and Dambel lists anything that has to be settled first.

Premium, Boost and commission show what you will be charged, VAT included, before you confirm.
Icons across the app have a new, lighter look.
The Training tab opens on your workout plans.
The Gyms map follows dark mode.
The camera is back for the things that need it: scanning a gym's code, photographing a meal and progress photos. Dambel asks only when you use one of them.

Dambel has a dark theme. Pick it in Settings, under Appearance: follow your phone, or choose light or dark yourself. You can set it from the sign-in screen too, before you even have an account.
In Farsi every date is a Jalali date, and so is every calendar you open to pick one.
A short introduction the first time you open the app, and a question mark on each main screen that explains what you are looking at. Both are in Settings whenever you want them again.
Login sessions, in Settings, shows every device signed in to your account and lets you sign any of them out. Dambel tells you when your account is used somewhere new.
In the Cafe Bazaar version you can buy Premium through Bazaar itself, without leaving for a browser.
On an iPhone or iPad, Safari now shows you how to add Dambel to your home screen.
A gym owner can give someone else access to help run the gym, and that person gets their own place in My Gyms.
Trainers can add a trainee by hand from the Trainees tab, and gym owners can add a subscriber from the subscribers screen, instead of waiting for the other person to sign up first.

Buying Boost asks once, in one place, and tells you what you are agreeing to before it takes the money.
Screens draw an outline of themselves while they load, and show a message with a retry button when something fails, instead of going blank.
Everything stays readable at the largest system font sizes, and controls that were only an icon now have a name for screen readers.
Picking a photo goes straight to your gallery, and Dambel no longer asks for the camera at all.
Pull down to refresh on the trainee and subscription pages.
Farsi wording is consistent across the app: one word per idea, and the same tone everywhere.
